Ubuntu and cross-cultural managers

I really like the Ubuntu focus, based on on people`s allegiances and relations with each other, a Ubuntu person is characterised by being open and available with the others, also he feels as part of the world big mass of people, so if something sad or bad happened to any individual he will fell and impact also.

in relation whit cross-cultural managers there are similarities or points that the managers should have into account as the professionals they are, for example high sensibility and respect for the others

I think is interesting the way Nelson Mandela explained the Ubutntu; if a traveler through a country would stop at a village and he did not have to ask for food or for water. Once he stops, the people give him food, entertain him. and also he said that there is not a problem in getting richer Even thought, you always be looking in ways of helping the world and the persons around you.
So when a person from one cultural background, meet, interact whit, understand and deal with a person from other cultural background, in relation whit Ubuntu philosophy there most be a good treat knowing that all of us are part of a big world community, so we most look forward to help each others and to act positive.
